About CLARITY CHANGE

I am passionate about great leadership and working with individuals and teams to make their work and homelife the best it can be, so I combine the experiences, skills and knowledge I built up during and after my accident to take a different, and more interesting approach to leadership development and change management.

I strongly believe that survival in life, and in the workplace, needs the same skills of focus, setting goals, positivity, adaptability, resilience and personal growth to cope with all the ups and downs that we will face.

So, in 2019 I founded Clarity Change to combine this with my 30 years of experience in the NHS, from nursing on the front-line to senior management, to help private and public organisations focus on Leadership, Culture and Service Improvement. I understand the pressures and complexities you face and am here to help.
